Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the North Marion Huskies (Aurora, OR) and the host North Eugene Highlanders (Eugene, OR), saw North Marion's basketball squad hold off North Eugene by a count of 68-66.

With the victory, North Marion upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Huskies host Astoria (Astoria, OR) to play the Fishermen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5.
