Iowa High School Basketball - Sioux City West ripped by Northwest
December 2, 2023: Waukee, IA 50263 The Northwest Wolves basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Sioux City West Wolverines to 37 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wolves now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Waukee for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. Northwest will play a Warriors squad coming off a 61-59 non-league loss to Linn-Mar (Marion, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
Next up, the Wolverines play the Jefferson Yellowjackets (Council Bluffs, IA) in a Missouri River bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Sioux City West will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 69-68 non-league win over Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA).
