Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX) and the visiting Parish Episcopal Panthers (Dallas, TX), saw The Colony's basketball squad knock off Parish Episcopal by a tally of 67-55.

With the victory, The Colony improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 6-2.

Next up, the Panthers play the Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 6A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Parish Episcopal will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 64-55 non-league loss to Midland Legacy (Midland, TX).
