December 2, 2023: Lakewood, OH 44107 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH) and the visiting Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH), saw St. Edward's basketball squad knock off Lakewood by a count of 52-35.
With the victory, St. Edward upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 4. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Austintown-Fitch lost 35-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Perry (Massillon, OH)
Next up, the Rangers play the Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Lakewood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
