The Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Altoona Mountain Lions to 40 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Centurions now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berlin Brothersvalley for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 13.

The Mountain Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Mt. Lebanon nudged North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA), 53-34, in a non-league contest.
