Texas High School Basketball - Godley nips Crandall
December 2, 2023: Crandall, TX 75114 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Godley Wildcats (Godley, TX) and the host Crandall Pirates (Crandall, TX), saw Godley's basketball squad hold off Crandall by a count of 41-38.
With the victory, Godley upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lovejoy (Lucas, TX) to play the Leopards in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Leopards come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. Lovejoy won 53-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Montgomery (Montgomery, TX)
Next up, the Pirates play the Rockwall Yellowjackets (Rockwall, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Crandall will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
