Minnesota High School Basketball - Hancock nips Goodhue
December 2, 2023: Hancock, MN 56244 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN) and the visiting Goodhue Wildcats (Goodhue, MN), saw Hancock's basketball squad hold off Goodhue by a count of 51-47.
With the victory, Hancock upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Owls host Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (Graceville, MN) to play the Wolverines in a A Section 6 challenge on Friday, December 8. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley won 74-28 in their recent league challenge against Ortonville (Ortonville, MN)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Goodhue will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
