The Wheeler Wildcats (Marietta, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Kell Longhorns (Marietta, GA), 37-30 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA). The Black Knights go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record.

The Longhorns now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Centennial for a AAAAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, December 5. Kell will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 52-47 non-league loss to Parkview (Lilburn, GA). The Knights record now stands at 0-8.
