Avon Old Farms Beavers (Avon, CT) fans left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Hill School Rams (Pottstown, PA), 7-0 in a non-league match.

The Beavers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Taft School (Watertown, CT). The Big Red enter the match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Taft School was trounced by Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA), 4-3, in a league match.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Cushing Academy Penguins (Ashburnham, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Hill School will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
