California High School Basketball - Coronado overwhelmed by Bishop's
December 2, 2023: La Jolla, CA 92037 The Bishop's Knights basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Coronado Islanders to 26 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Knights now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Bishop's will battle a Patriots team coming off a 49-46 non-league win over Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-1.
The Islanders (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Norsemen come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Valhalla was routed by University City (San Diego, CA), 40-37, in a non-league contest.
