December 2, 2023: Philadelphia, PA 19125 JV Opponent (, ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sankofa Freedom Academy Warriors (Philadelphia, PA), 51-21 in a non-league bout.
With the win, JV Opponent upgrades its record to 44-110 on the season. The travel to Spirit HomeSchool (Richmond, VA) to clash with the Warhawks in a bout on Saturday, December 2. The Warhawks go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Spirit HomeSchool won 61-36 in their recent non-league bout against Fredericksburg Victory (Fredericksburg, VA)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Mastery Charter North - Pickett Pumas (Philadelphia, PA) in a bout, on Sunday, December 17. Sankofa Freedom Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
