Washington High School Basketball - West Valley tipped by Lakeland
December 2, 2023: Spokane, WA 99212 The Lakeland Hawks basketball team scored 54 points and held the host West Valley Eagles to 48 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hawks now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shadle Park for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Lakeland will meet a Highlanders team coming off a 55-32 non-league loss to Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-2.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Medical Lake nudged Valley Christian (Spokane, WA), 38-8, in a non-league contest.
