Virginia High School Basketball - Potomac Falls crushes Monticello
December 2, 2023: Sterling, VA 20165 Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA), 61-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Potomac Falls upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Broadway (Broadway, VA) to clash with the Gobblers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Gobblers go into the bout with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Monticello will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Little Giants go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 59-27 non-league loss to Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA).
