California High School Basketball - Victor Valley nips Rancho Cucamonga
December 2, 2023: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701 Victor Valley Jackrabbits (Victorville, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Rancho Cucamonga Cougars (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), 59-56 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Victor Valley upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Jackrabbits travel to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA) to play the Sun Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Sun Devils come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Apple Valley lost 85-67 in their recent non-league bout against Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Rancho Cucamonga will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Aztecs come into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 73-55 non-league loss to Upland (Upland, CA).
