Texas High School Basketball - Carter overwhelms Naaman Forest
December 2, 2024: Dallas, TX 75232 The Carter Cowboys basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Naaman Forest Rangers to 24 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cowboys now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Goose Creek Memorial for a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. Carter will confront a Patriots team coming off a 55-53 non-league win over Jersey Village (Houston, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Naaman Forest falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Garland (Garland, TX) to confront the Owls in a 6A Region II District 9 game on Friday, December 6. The Owls go into the game with a record of 1-5. Garland lost 41-37 in their recent non-league game against Nimitz (Irving, TX)
