December 2, 2024: Athens, AL 35613 The East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL) basketball crushed the visiting West Limestone Wildcats (Lester, AL), 73-50 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Indians now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Columbia for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 3. East Limestone will play a Eagles team coming off a 55-52 non-league win over Randolph School (Huntsville, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, West Limestone falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Madison Academy (Madison, AL) to play the Mustangs in a 4A Area 15 bout on Friday, December 6. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
