The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) and the visiting St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), observed Geneva's basketball team edge St. Francis by a score of 44-37.

The Vikings (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bartlett (Bartlett, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Bartlett was nudged by Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL), 63-60, in a non-league battle.

The Spartans now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christ the King for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 4. St. Francis will meet a Gladiators squad coming off a 65-57 non-league loss to Hamtramck (Hamtramck, MI). The Gladiators record now stands at 3-1.
