December 2, 2024: Rio Rancho, NM 87124 Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM), 79-19 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Rio Rancho upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Rams travel to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Sartans in a non-league match on Thursday, December 5. The Sartans enter the match with a record of 2-0. St. Pius X won 66-45 in their recent non-league match against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM)
The Spartans now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cleveland for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 4. Bernalillo will face a Storm squad coming off a 73-43 non-league win over Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Storm record now stands at 1-0.
