The Kenston Forest Kavaliers basketball squad (Blackstone, VA), was crushed 63-34 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Amelia County Raiders (Amelia Court House, VA)

With the victory, Amelia County advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Raiders travel to Mecklenburg County (Baskerville, VA) to meet the Phoenix in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 3. The Phoenix enter the battle with a record of 0-0.
