With the victory, Taft upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Toreadors host Compton (Compton, CA) to face the Tarbabes in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Tarbabes enter the match with a record of 3-1. Compton lost 55-35 in their recent non-league match against Alhambra (Alhambra, CA)
The Wolverines now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Math & Science College Preparatory for a match on Wednesday, December 4. Foshay will face a Sharks squad coming off a 45-38 non-league win over Bell (Bell, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 1-0.
