In Tuesday's non-league test, the Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) basketball squad got by the visiting Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA), by a score of 58-52.

Coming up next, the Bears play the Paradise Bobcats (Paradise, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 4. Mt. Shasta will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 43-34 non-league loss to Anderson (Anderson, CA).

With the loss, Central Valley falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to CORE Butte (Chico, CA) to play the Lynx in a non-league bout on Friday, December 5.
