The Crosby Cougars basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns to 66 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Hightower for a non-league test on Thursday, December 4. Crosby will clash with a Hurricanes squad coming off a 57-44 non-league win over Clear Creek (League City, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 7-1.

The Longhorns (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Kashmere (Houston, TX). The Fighting Rams come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.
