Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Providence Prep Rams (Belton, TX) and the host Founders Classical Academy Archers (Leander, TX), witnessed Providence Prep's basketball squad hold off Founders Classical Academy by a count of 61-60.

With the victory, Providence Prep advances its record to 8-1 on the year. The Rams host Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX) to meet the Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, December 19. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 2-1.

The Archers now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas School for the Deaf for a non-league challenge on Friday, December 5.
