Kansas High School Basketball - Veritas Christian can't hold off Midland Adventist Academy
December 2, 2025: Shawnee Mission, KS 66217 Midland Adventist Academy Mustangs (Shawnee Mission, KS) backers went home thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting Veritas Christian Eagles (Lawrence, KS), 58-52 in a non-league contest.
The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Whitefield Academy (Kansas City, MO). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Whitefield Academy was tipped by Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri (Kansas City, MO), 61-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Cornerstone Family Saints (Topeka, KS) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 4. Veritas Christian will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Saints go into the contest with a 4-1 record after their 74-46 league win over Heritage Christian (Topeka, KS).
