The Pike Central Chargers bounced the visiting Shoals Jug Rox basketball squad by a final score of 42-17 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barr-Reeve for a non-league test on Thursday, December 4. Pike Central will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 50-41 non-league loss to Springs Valley (French Lick, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Shoals falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Jug rox host New Washington (New Washington, IN) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6.
