December 2, 2025: Apache Junction, AZ 85120 Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Tonopah Valley Phoenix (Tonopah, AZ), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Apache Junction moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Prospectors travel to Combs (San Tan Valley, AZ) to play the Coyotes in a non-league outing on Friday, December 5. The Coyotes go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Combs won 1-0 in their recent non-league outing against Desert Sunrise (Maricopa, AZ)
Next up, the Phoenix play the Bourgade Catholic Golden Eagles (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, December 3. Tonopah Valley will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Kingman (Kingman, AZ).
