In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 win over the Deer Valley Skyhawks.

The Mountain Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against O'Connor (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last test, O'Connor nipped Liberty (Peoria, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league test.
