Illinois High School Basketball - Armstrong overwhelms Blue Ridge
December 20, 2021: Armstrong, IL 61812 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL) and the visiting Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL), saw Armstrong's basketball squad wallop Blue Ridge by a tally of 70-32.
With the victory, Armstrong improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Heritage (Broadlands, IL) to confront the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 27. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 1-7.
Next up, the Knights confront the Woodland Warriors (Streator, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 21. Blue Ridge will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 54-45 non-league loss to Earlville (Earlville, IL).
