Kentucky High School Basketball - Robertson County overwhelmed by Garrard County
December 20, 2021: Lancaster, KY 40444 The Garrard County Golden Lions basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Robertson County Black Devils to 36 in the Golden Lions non-league victory on Monday.
The Golden Lions now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boone County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 21. Garrard County will battle a Rebels team coming off a 67-39 non-league loss to Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 0-9.
The Black Devils (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bath County (Owingsville, KY). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Bath County was routed by Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY), 46-39, in a non-league contest.
