Florida High School Basketball - Coeur d'Alene can't hold off Jones
December 20, 2022: Orlando, FL 32805 The Jones Fightin' Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Coeur d'Alene Vikings to 56 in the Fightin' Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Fightin' Tigers now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bingham for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 21. Jones will battle a Miners team coming off a 66-59 non-league win over Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Miners record now stands at 2-6.
The Vikings (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Monterey Trail was nudged by Bingham (South Jordan, UT), 66-59, in a non-league contest.
