The Dallas HSAA Angels (Plano, TX) basketball nipped the host Covenant Christian Cougars (Colleyville, TX), 38-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Angels (8-11) will now prepare for their test against All Saints (Fort Worth, TX). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, All Saints was tipped by McKinney Christian Academy (McKinney, TX), 69-56, in a non-league test.

The Cougars now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Cistercian for a non-league test on Thursday, December 29. Covenant Christian will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 45-39 non-league loss to Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 6-8.
