Louisiana High School Basketball - Salmen thwarts East Feliciana
December 20, 2022: Slidell, LA 70451 The Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting East Feliciana Tigers (Jackson, LA), 77-64 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Spartans (9-1) will now prepare for their test against St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, St. Thomas Aquinas notched a victory over Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA), 73-50, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast for a 2A District 6 contest on Friday, January 6. East Feliciana will battle a Vikings team coming off a 43-34 non-league win over GEO Next Generation (Baton Rouge, LA). The Vikings record now stands at 10-3.
