The Virginia Prep Sports Academy Cardinals basketball team (Lynchburg, VA), was toppled 61-52 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Elevation Prep Academy Honey Badgers (Charlotte, NC)

The Honey Badgers (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, NC). The Fighting Pharaohs go into the non-league outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Quality Education Academy thwarted High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC), 49-37, in a non-league outing.

The Cardinals now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Raleigh Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 21.
