Kentucky High School Basketball - Henderson County knocked off by Lincoln County
December 20, 2022: Stanford, KY 40484 The Lincoln County Patriots basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Henderson County Colonels to 41 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perry County Central for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Lincoln County will battle a Commodores team coming off a 79-68 non-league loss to Bracken County (Brooksville, KY). The Commodores record now stands at 5-5.
The Colonels (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Calloway County (Murray, KY). The Lakers enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Calloway County was defeated by West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 87-48, in a non-league contest.
