Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Helena College and Career Academy ripped by Liberty Magnet

The Liberty Magnet Patriots basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting St. Helena College and Career Academy Hawks to 30 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southside for a non-league contest on Friday, December 23. Liberty Magnet will battle a Sharks team coming off a 60-36 non-league win over Patterson (Patterson, LA). The Sharks record now stands at 2-1.

The Hawks (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mandeville (Mandeville, LA). The Skippers enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Mandeville was routed by Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA), 54-45, in a non-league contest.
