December 20, 2022: Kansas City, MO 64119 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Winnetonka Griffins (Kansas City, MO) and the visiting Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks (Pleasant Hill, MO), saw Winnetonka's basketball squad wallop Pleasant Hill by a tally of 73-49.
With the victory, Winnetonka improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Odessa (Odessa, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 2. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Odessa lost 69-59 in their recent non-league challenge against Fort Osage (Independence, MO)
Next up, the Roosters/Chicks confront the Harrisonville Wildcats (Harrisonville, MO) in a Missouri River Valley - West challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Pleasant Hill will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 54-41 non-league loss to Nevada (Nevada, MO).
