December 20, 2022: Westbrook, TX 79565 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sands Mustangs (Ackerly, TX) and the host Westbrook Wildcats (Westbrook, TX), saw Sands's basketball squad hold off Westbrook by a tally of 35-30.
With the victory, Sands improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Seagraves (Seagraves, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Seagraves won 61-56 in their recent league challenge against Ropes (Ropesville, TX)
