Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Annandale Cardinals (Annandale, MN), 51-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Holy Family Catholic upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Fire host Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN) to play the Royals in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Hopkins won 81-57 in their recent non-league bout against East Ridge (Woodbury, MN)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Spring Grove Lions (Spring Grove, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Annandale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 57-33 non-league loss to Waukon (Waukon, IA).
