Ridgway Elker (Ridgway, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bradford Owls (Bradford, PA), 51-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ridgway upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Elker host DuBois (DuBois, PA) to clash with the Beavers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Owls clash with the St. Marys Flying Dutch (St. Marys, PA) in a District 9 bout, on Friday, January 6. Bradford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
