Louisiana High School Basketball - Dutchtown tops Carencro
December 20, 2022: Geismar, LA 70734 Dutchtown Griffins (Geismar, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Carencro Bears (Lafayette, LA), 49-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Dutchtown upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to White Castle (White Castle, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 5-3. White Castle won 39-36 in their recent non-league bout against Southside (Youngsville, LA)
Next up, the Bears play the Denham Springs Yellowjackets (Denham Springs, LA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Carencro will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 10-1 record after their 50-32 non-league win over Northwest (Opelousas, LA).
