Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX) and the host Dallas Christian Chargers (Mesquite, TX), saw Prestonwood Christian's basketball squad overcome Dallas Christian by a tally of 57-41.

With the victory, Prestonwood Christian improves its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to John Paul II (Plano, TX) to confront the Cardinals in a TAPPS 6A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. John Paul II won 67-45 in their recent league challenge against Ursuline Academy (Dallas, TX)

Next up, the Chargers confront the Prince of Peace Eagles (Carrollton, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 2 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Dallas Christian will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record.
