California High School Basketball - Fremont crushes Leigh
December 20, 2022: San Jose, CA 95124 Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA), 47-20 in a league bout.
With the win, Fremont upgrades its record to 1-9 on the season. The Firebirds travel to University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-5. University Prep Academy lost 69-45 in their recent non-league bout against Oak Grove (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Longhorns clash with the Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Leigh will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 45-29 non-league win over Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA).
