December 20, 2022: Gray, ME 04039 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots (Gray, ME) and the visiting Kennebunk Rams (Kennebunk, ME), saw Gray-New Gloucester's basketball squad wallop Kennebunk by a tally of 63-27.
With the victory, Gray-New Gloucester improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME) to confront the Raiders in a A South challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Fryeburg won 49-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Waynflete (Portland, ME)
Next up, the Rams confront the Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME) in a A South challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Kennebunk will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Blue Blazes come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 42-31 non-league win over Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME).
