December 20, 2022: Kirtland, OH 44094 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH) and the host Kirtland Hornets (Kirtland, OH), saw West Geauga's basketball squad knock off Kirtland by a tally of 46-30.
With the victory, West Geauga improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH) to play the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Streetsboro won 57-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Roosevelt (Kent, OH)
Next up, the Hornets play the Chagrin Falls Tigers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Kirtland will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 47-37 non-league win over Berkshire (Burton, OH).
