In Tuesday's non-league outing, the South Allegheny Gladiators (McKeesport, PA) basketball squad beat the visiting Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA), by a count of 53-42.

The Gladiators (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Southmoreland (Alverton, PA). The Scotties go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Southmoreland was topped by Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA), 50-22, in a league outing.
