Delaware High School Basketball - Tatnall crushes William Penn
December 20, 2022: Wilmington, DE 19807 Tatnall Hornets (Wilmington, DE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE), 69-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Tatnall upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Hornets travel to Pikesville (Baltimore, MD) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Pikesville lost 57-54 in their recent non-league bout against Concordia Prep (Towson, MD)
Next up, the Colonials play the St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) in a Blue Hen Flight - A bout, on Wednesday, January 4. William Penn will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 58-29 league win over Concord (Wilmington, DE).
