The Prospect Panthers basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Del Mar Dons to 21 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menlo-Atherton for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6.

The Dons (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Gilroy (Gilroy, CA). The Mustangs enter the contest with a 2-1 record.
