Washington, DC High School Basketball - Archbishop Carroll over SEED DC
December 20, 2023: Washington, DC 20017 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) and the visiting SEED DC (Washington, DC), saw Archbishop Carroll's basketball squad overcome SEED DC by a tally of 70-60.
With the victory, Archbishop Carroll improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Lions host Northern (Owings, MD) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Northern won 57-54 in their recent league challenge against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD)
Next up, the confront the Richard Wright Public Charter School Spartans (Washington, DC) in a Freelance challenge, on Thursday, January 4. SEED DC will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 79-27 league loss to KIPP DC Legacy College Prep (Washington, DC).
