Florida High School Basketball - Marathon holds off Archimedean

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Marathon Dolphins (Marathon, FL) and the host Archimedean (Miami, FL), saw Marathon's basketball squad hold off Archimedean by a tally of 57-50.

With the victory, Marathon improves its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Dolphins host Whitman-Hanson Regional (Whitman, MA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the confront the BridgePrep Village Green Bulldogs (Miami, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Archimedean will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 81-41 non-league win over Abundant Life Christian Academy (Margate, FL).
