In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Cheraw Braves basketball team scored a good 52-43 triumph over the Lamar Silver Foxes.

In their next game, the Braves meet the Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 27. Cheraw will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 1-6 record after their 47-44 non-league loss to Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC).
